Nobody is more passionate about health and fitness than Kingston-based personal trainer Tony Laliashvili. He had already built a sizeable client base of over 60s looking to improve their wellbeing, but how could he extend the reach of his business?

The first thing we did was create a website. The challenge for me was finding a tone of voice that resonates with his core demographic. After all, most over 60s are more concerned with the health of their joints and heart rather than getting “ripped” or “buff”. So, with that in mind, we tested terminology with his clients to make sure we were making the right connection.

Now the website is complete, the next phase will involve publicising the site with flyers, blog posts, email newsletters and social media. With an increase in enquiries and a jam-packed diary, Tony and his business really are going from strength to strength.
