What we did
Our 'Discover' website brought Virgin Media’s fibre optic network to life.
For prospective customers, the site aimed to make them feel confident about joining; for existing customers, it helped them get more from their services.
Working in a small team comprising of designers and a product owner, we devised a content plan and mapped out user journeys. I created concepts to sit across the banners at the top of our pages to add interest.
Our ‘Connected Home’ aimed to bring Virgin Media’s network to life.
The website was supported by a national TV campaign featuring Usain Bolt.
