What we did
Virgin Media's 'Discover' website aims to give prospective and existing customers a much better understanding of their services (broadband, TV, phone & mobile) in a fun and engaging way.
For prospects, it aims to make them feel confident about joining; for existing customers, it’s a chance to make sure they’re getting the most of Virgin Media – so they never feel like leaving.
We created sections for broadband, TV, home phone and mobile. plus a welcome section for new customers. Discover Broadband, shown above, was supported by a national TV campaign featuring Usain Bolt.
