What we did
Barclays Blue Rewards is a complicated proposition. With lots of different rewards each month, it was important that we communicated the benefits to the customers clearly and effectively.
We deliberately led with the monetary reward in the headline to attract the reader to the proposition.
Using a "less is more" approach, we distilled the rewards to their most simple form. We could then provide any supporting information in accordions at the bottom of the page.
As part of this project, I created a content strategy to explain the proposition, as well as web copy for the landing pages. I also devised in-app copy, terms and conditions, transactional emails and customer dashboards.
